Love Lola is a rad curated collection of clothes, shoes and accessories from Australia and LA. Opened in December of 2015 by Sandy Johnson, the creator of Lola Rouge and Fringe, Love Lola caters to girls who want to be the best version of themselves, whether that means looking bomb for a formal event, concert or festival, or just chilling around town.
Lola Rouge was Sandy's first boutique and opened in 2002 on 17th Street in Costa Mesa, known as Costa Mesa's boutique shopping street. In 2004, a second Orange Country location was opened in the prestigious Fashion Island Shopping Center located in Newport Beach. Lola Rouge was everyone's go to store for designer dresses and hard to find designer brands. Because of the overwhelming success of Lola Rouge women's store, Lola Rouge kids opened in Fashion Island a year later. The little fashionistas had nowhere in Orange County to shop and Lola Rouge kids became the top kids store in the OC. As those little fashionistas grew up, they wanted a store that carried on trend clothes but priced within their budget. In 2010, Fringe opened in Fashion Island and carried an amazing selection of affordable clothes that looked expensive.
In 2012, after 15 years in the retail industry, the owner took a hiatus to focus on her girls entering college. But wherever she went, people used to tell her how much they missed Lola Rouge & Fringe. They would say, "you owned Lola Rouge?...WE LOVE LOLA!" (hence the name of her new store).
Love Lola is Sandy's new concept store and is the first to carry the very popular Australian brands in a brick and mortar store in the US at affordable prices. She has had a little Australian obsession for several years and spent years finding the most on trend Aussie brands to offer her customers.
Love Lola will bring the best collection of clothes, shoes and accessories from Australia, the U.S and around the world. We will keep you posted on more locations to open in California and beyond.
