We are bummed things didn't work out for you. But the good news is we accept returns on most items in new condition within fourteen (14) days of purchase for website store credit. WE DO NOT RETURN MONEY TO YOUR ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT OR ISSUE REFUNDS.
Here's the fine print. You just can't return anything that's worn, damaged, washed, dirty or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached and footwear must be in the original shoebox with all packaging. You will receive an email that your item(s) was (were) returned for $0.00 and an eGift card will be emailed separately in the amount of the return. Not all items qualify for a return. See Non-Returnable items list below.

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt
Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed
Merchandise must not have any stains from trying on such as makeup, deodorant, oils or lotion
Merchandise must have all original tags attached
Footwear must be returned in the original box with all original packaging
Merchandise that does not meet the criteria will not qualify for a return for store credit or exchange and will be denied. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges back to sender.

Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method at customer's own expense. Love Lola cannot be responsible for packages that are damaged, lost or missing in transit
Once we have received your package, your store credit will be processed within 1-3 business days and you will then receive an eGift Card
You may also return the item in person at our store in Newport Beach. You will not receive an immediate store credit. The item will have to be taken to our warehouse for inspection and make sure it qualifies for a return. This may take 1-3 business days.
We do not offer exchanges. Once you receive your eGift card for the Store Credit, make a new purchase for another item.
Most orders placed Monday through Friday before 3PM PST will be processed and shipped same day excluding Holidays.
Orders placed after 3PM PST will start processing the next business day. Orders placed after 3PM EST on Friday will be processed Monday.
Certain products may have longer processing times. These will be noted on the product and cart pages.
Processing time is 24-48 hours
IN STORE PICK UP
If you chose In Store Pick Up for your shipping method, your order will be ready same day or next day for pick up.
You will receive an email that your package has been delivered to the store location in Newport Beach and is ready for pick up.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. You will have 14 days to pick up your order.
If the merchandise is not picked up within 14 days, the merchandise will be returned back to inventory and an automatic store credit will be issued. You will receive an eGift card by email. There are no returns back to your original form of payment.
Items available for Pre-Order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. If you wish to cancel your Pre-Order, email customer service at email@example.com. You will receive an e-Gift Card for the Pre-Order amount. No returns to your original form of payment.
If orders contain items for Pre-Order and items ready to ship, your items will be shipped separately.
Orders cannot be changed, updated or cancelled once they are placed as they immediately start processing.
If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.
CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
If your order is missing but shows delivered, please allow 15 days to file a claim with the USPS, UPS or other carrier. Love Lola is not responsible for missing orders that show delivered. We do not process the claim. That is up to the customer. Please contact USPS or the police for packages that are missing after delivery.
We thoroughly inspect all items before they are shipped to ensure your order is perfect. We video and audio record orders being inspected and packaged for shipping. Damage may occur during shipping. Customers have 24 hours from the time your order is delivered to email Love Lola customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of any damages. We will compare any damages to the video recording of the item being inspected and packaged. Please include your full name, order number, phone number and picture of the damage(es) and attached store tag. Damages will not be accepted for a return or exchange if we are not timely notified. Damaged items must show no sign of wear and must have store tag attached. Customer needs to return the item and pay for the return shipping back to us. (See address under Return Instructions below). Once the item is received back to us, is inspected and qualifies for a return we can either exchange the item and credit you shipping fees or issue you a store credit. If you feel the item was damaged during shipping, please place a claim with the original shipping carrier. All orders are insured and they will issue you a refund once the claim has been submitted and approved.

DUTIES AND TAXES
Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.
